We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Room Antwerp. If your items are not quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in их original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team in Antwerp inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
